We send the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order or after receiving the payment on our bank account. The Czech Post delivers the packages in 2 to 3 working days. In case you are not reached at the shipping address at the time of delivery, you can pick up your package at your Post Office where it will be available for you to collect for up to14 days.
Minimum order is 30 € (excluding shipping); orders for less amounts will not be processed.
When paying in advance, we will send the payment details to the e-mail address you provided - if you don’t receive the details, please contact us. Payment can be made on behalf of Komerční banka, account number CZ78 0100 0000 8656 1992 0217 (IBAN format, Komercni banka in Czech Republic, SWIFT code: KOMBCZPPXXX).
When the advance payment is in our account, we will ship the goods,. It is necessary to send the payment to the account number that you receive in the confirmation email within 7 days from the date of order. If you do not send the payment in the 7 day period, we will send you a notice and failure to transfer the payment in an additional 7 days will lead to the cancellation of your order.
Ordered goods are shipped via the Czech Post as COD or after previous payment on our bank account.
Postage is shown for individual methods of delivery when the orders are shipped.
Orders are discreetly packed in cardboard boxes.
Goods can be claimed or returned under the applicable specifications.
Before sending any written complaint, please notify us by phone or e-mail to discuss on how to resolve the complaint and to be able to deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
Goods can be returned without giving any reason within 14 days. Without any reason, you can return the goods back undamaged, in unopened packaging, exactly as it was shipped from us.
The goods are guaranteed up to their expiry date, or according to any applicable specifications.
Claims for undelivered goods, goods sent by mistake, goods wrongly delivered or the wrong number of goods should be made immediately after obtaining the delivery or up to two days after by contacting us via e-mail or telephone.
We file the personal data you filled in when your order was sent only for our own use and we do not share this data with a third party under any circumstances. There is no need for registration or disclosure of personal data – only an address is required for delivery of the package and a contact name for verification of the order.
